Terms and conditions

The designs

All stationery is handcrafted, so there may be a slight variation on each item. Please be assured, however, that every effort will be made to maintain uniformity with every order. This is a feature of a genuine handcrafted product. In the unfortunate event that any material is suddenly unavailable, I will do my utmost to source a suitable substitute with your prior approval.

All Invitations, Orders of Service and Menus have printed inserts. Envelopes are supplied with all Invitations.

There is no minimum order and advise that place your order 4 – 6 months before your Wedding date however we are able to fulfill orders with shorter lead times.

Please be advised that the embellishments used on the cards are small and may present a choking hazard to small children and babies.

All designs on this site are the property of Suzie Sue Crafts and are covered by copyright. They may not be reproduced, copied or downloaded in any form without prior agreement.

Please be advised that it is the sole responsibility of the customer to obtain any permission needed to use hymns or any other material used in any of the designs. This includes hymns, poems and any other item that needs copyright permission. The customer identifies Suzie Sue Crafts against any action bought against them for breach of a third parties copyright.

Privacy

Absolutely no personal information you supply will be passed on to any third party, except for the purposes of debt collection if necessary.

Proofs

While I take every care in producing your proofs, it is the responsibility of the customer to fully proof read all text prior to printing. Proofs will be sent to you by email. Proofs must be verified, signed, dated and returned by post, making sure that you mark any changes clearly.

Once the proofs have been signed and returned, any further alterations may incur additional charges.

Alterations and amendments

The customer agrees to notify Suzie Sue Crafts immediately of any changes to names, addresses, dates etc. I will endeavor to make any changes free of charge if production is not already in progress.

Miscellaneous

I will endeavor to supply the customer as agrees, but cannot be held liable for situations beyond my control such as discontinued materials or postal disputes. In such cases, a suitable alternative will be offered.

Delivery

You will be notified by email once your order is ready to be dispatched. Utmost care will be taken to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods are used. Suzie Sue Crafts cannot be held liable for loss or damage in transit or by post.

Deposits

Orders can only be processed upon receipt of signed terms and conditions, order form, signed proofs and 50 % of the order value. This deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is due 14 days before order is due to be dispatched.

As your Wedding Stationery is personalized and unique to you, cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof will have to be paid for in full.

Prices may occasionally be subject to change, but please be assured that once your order has been confirmed and the deposit paid, the prices quoted are secure.
